Travel Terms & Conditions

Please read the following terms before booking coach travel with Maidenhead United Supporters Group (MUSG).

General

By booking coach travel with MUSG, you agree to these terms. MUSG reserves the right to amend them at any time.

Coach Travel

• Departure times vary by fixture – please check the website.
• Coaches aim to arrive 30–60 minutes before kick-off.
• Departure is from York Road, Maidenhead.
• Please arrive in good time before departure.
• Bookings are confirmed only once payment is received.
• No seat reservations without payment.
• Non-members may be charged an additional fee.
• Under 16s must receive parental/guardian approval (by email) prior to be considered for travel on coach.

Cancellations & Refunds

• No refunds within 7 days of departure, as standard although refunds will be given if coach is cancelled due to lack of numbers.
• Seats may be transferred – MUSG must be informed.
• If a match is postponed before departure, bookings may be transferred or refunded.
• No refunds once the coach has departed.

Behaviour & Safety

• No alcohol permitted on coaches.
• MUSG may refuse travel to anyone under the influence or acting antisocially.
• Seat belts must be worn at all times.
• Supporters must travel with respect for all other passengers.

Liability

• MUSG is not responsible for loss or damage to personal belongings.
• Passengers travel at their own risk.
